A note on your privacy.

Mastery at Work is a project of Merkaba Group L.L.C. This page explains how we handle information you submit through our mailing-list and contact forms.
What you share
We collect your email address, your agreement to receive emails, and a dated record of the form and privacy notice used when you signed up. We do not ask for birth details or professional information on this form.
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message to handle your inquiry. Contacting us does not subscribe you to the mailing list. Messages are stored privately in the same Neon database and reviewed by our team. Please avoid including sensitive personal information. We keep messages while handling your inquiry. You can ask us to remove them using the contact details below.
Why we keep it
We use signup information to maintain our interest list and, as our mailing system becomes available, send the reflections, practical experiments, and updates you requested. We do not sell your email address. Signup does not create a paid account or enroll you in a program.
Storage and your choices
Signup information is stored in our PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon in the United States. Our website is hosted by Vercel. A short-lived, salted hash of your network address helps limit repeated form submissions; we do not keep your raw network address in the signup database. Access to these records is restricted to the people and services operating the list. We keep it while your signup remains relevant, and review it when the list is moved into our MNSTRY mailing system.
You can withdraw your signup, request a copy, or ask us to remove your details by emailing support@masteryat.work. Future mailing-list emails will include an unsubscribe option. We retain only information necessary to respect your choices and maintain appropriate operational records.
